[sdiy] Issue with unusual SMD package size

Hi guys, I have a fairly big issue. I'm trying to repair my phone, and
one of the capacitors I might have to replace is specified as:

C824 4700nF 6.3V 1106

However, Mouser doesn't have a capacitor package size with code 1106!
What do I do? Can I use an (imperial) 1206? Can I use an imperial
1005? Do I do something else? Do I go to some special capacitor house
that has all those weird sizes?

I have a second issue, too. Some capacitors are specified as 0603. How
do I know if that's metric or imperial? I'm reading this off some
wonky Korean service manual pdf, it's not really forthcoming or really
well written at all.

Thanks for any tips!
