Look for any board with a SoC that has a GPU, the main competitor to
the VideoCore in the RasPi is ARM's Mali series.  Even the early 400
has a number of vertex and fragment shaders which could be used for
audio processing if you can get the data in the right format.

Of course whether it is worth it given the amount of pre- and
post-processing needed, not to mention the algorithm gymnastics to
make it work well enough, is a question for the reader.
