As a developer, you are interested in a few things
1. support and examples
2. an sdk and build chain that work
3. a library on both devices that handle the esoterics
4. the right number of things to control it with
5. separation of the control stuff from the DSP stuff
6. enough resources to do what you want
7. fast enough to do what you want
8. responsive
My take on this is that had the base price been lower, it might have encouraged people to buy it just to get skins from developers and run them. i.e there are two markets, a few hundred developers and a lot more users.
But the market in general, now, is troubled with expectations - software is cheap and you can do anything with a laptop or phone. You get what you pay for is certainly true, but the value has been removed.

Understanding that Chameleon doesn't bring much value today, I still want to put it my rack. Is there any chance somebody in this list selling it?
