[sdiy] Recording voltage changes/fluctuations for post-analysis

You can get multimeters with an RS232 output so could easily plug one in 
to a suitable PC and simply set up a small program to read the RS232 
port every second or so....
There are also fairly cheap 'data loggers' that do more of this for you.
