Well, maybe I missed something but for example mouser has about 40 
values in stock of 1% C0G THT MLCC, from 10p to 0.1uF.
OTOH they are rarely in quantities bigger than few hundred.

If I didn't know you, I'd simply suggest SMD - more choice and cheaper.
