[sdiy] LM3046 EOL

IIRC, only the pre Ernie Ball preamp uses that opamp, at least the 5 strings have a totally different preamp, but the current two band is also different from the old one.I made a board for the old style preamp, still need to verify it.Nice though, it sounds great in that preamp, and has an insanely low current draw.
