Haha, indeed any slop in tuning works to your advance. I also like
inaccuracies in filtering adding extra interest due to phase differences
around the resonance frequency.

As you’re probably aware, the Jupiter 8 does this in “Dual” mode. You are
reduced to four note polyphony, but each note is represented by two voices,
one left, one right, each with 2 VCOs. Extremely lush, as you say. Never
noticed any mono-compatibility issues, but that’s probably because the
voices need calibrating ;-)
