[sdiy] controlling switches with CV

You can do some workaround - convert CV to MIDI notes and then MIDI to 
switches or whatever, with the MIDIO128 you already have.

Now who is making that tiny MIDI controller that apart from doing other 
stuff can spit various notes when CV is changing...
