[sdiy] controlling switches with CV

So I know you can use a keyboard scanner to generate a CV, but is there a
way to control switches via CV? FWIW, I'm already going to be using a
MIDIbox MIDIO128 to control the switches via MIDI, but, ya know, kinda want
my options open if I get a sequencer module...
