CircuitStudio is still outside my budget so I decide it to give a try to CircuitMaker. It has enough features for my use case but I'm not completely happy. I don't mind that is cloud based neither that it has limited features (compared to Altium Designer), the problem is that there are some bugs that you need to workaround.

I use Diptrace too, and would also recommend it. I think perhaps it's not quite as "CAD" as some of the big name, big money packages, but it does everything many people would need and isn't terribly expensive.
