But yeah, I think that while in the recording electronics field they're
discussing this thing in terms of getting that good old analog colour back
in this age of digital sterility, us synth folks already have the "analog
sound" so it might be difficult to tell the difference of one more thing
making things a tad more fuzzy.
But man, if I could get hi-fi audio people into synthesizers, you can bet
your ass I'd be selling modules with all discrete op-amps,
transformer-coupled outputs, and gold-plated jacks ;D
