[sdiy] Yamaha synth and organ coloured paddle switches

So, sorry, Colin, but I can find nothing on the internet about these
switches (presuming they are switches and not pots).  When I search Yamaha
TVR all that comes up is motorcycles and sports cars.  Do you know of a
source of info about these beasties?
