We just discussed this device recently. The thread subject is "PC board from artwork?" and started on 10/19/2016 (US date format).
Mine developed problems and I decided to start over with a new PCB. I asked if anyone could make one for me and the thread took off. Several people talked about laying out a new board with additional features like sine shapers on the triangles and altering the phase shift but that's come to nothing. I guess everyone it too busy. I had forgotten about the whole thing myself.
I'd still love to see that new board with the extra features... (hint, hint, hands folded in prayer) 8D

I see someone is mirroring my file. I guess it's somewhat flattering. My blog post about The Oscilloscope Artist is here (below the post about Craig Anderton's Multiple Identity Filter):

BTW, the file is a recreation of the original article. It has all-new text set in the original font (not a scan of the text) and hi-res scans of the artwork. When printed it looks almost as good as the original (the photos are a bit weak). I had a lot of fun doing it. Acrobat is amazing.
Sorry if you've heard all this before. It's hard to stop bragging about it as it's one of the few projects I ever actually finished.
