[sdiy] Looking for a certain circuit for generating 3D vectors on an oscilloscope

I once saw a schematic for a circuit that allowed you to create 3D
looking vector shapes on an oscilloscope in XY mode. It was described
in an article from, probably, the '70s. It had controls for level and
"harmonic" of oscillators labelled A, B, C, D, and some internal
routing of those. (Really, internal selection of whether to use the
triangle or square output from each oscillator.) I went as far as
making a replica of said circuit in Reaktor, which works pretty
nicely. BUT I have managed to misplace the files of the original
schematic, as well forget the name of this circuit. Does this ring a
bell to anyone? I'm currently looking into building the analogue real
deal.
