You can find lots of these via Google, I bet someone will tell you which manufacturer they came from:
Search for "13 pin round connector din"
For example CUI Inc makes them:

Betreff: [sdiy] 13-pin synth connector part numbers?
Hello,
Can anyone tell me where to buy 13-pin jacks for interfacing with guitars like the Godin SynthAccess and Roland GK-2/3 MIDI adaptors? I'm not looking to mount inside the guitar itself, but on the other end where the guitar attaches to other electronics.
I did a quick search on Mouser, and what I see are 13-pin DIN connectors with different arrangements of pins. I'm not finding the horizontal stacked pins (4 each for the top 3 rows and then the 1 remaining pin on the 4th row).
Is DIN the wrong term? Is there another category that would include the Roland divided pickup standard connector?
I would prefer to find a PCB-mount jack for simplicity, but at this point I'm willing to hand-wire panel-mount jacks if that's all that's available.
Brian
p.s. In case it's not obvious, I'm working on making an adaptor for attaching my various guitars to various synths, including virtual synths. The 13-pin cable that I hacked apart and soldered 7 TRS jacks onto is working with my MOTU interface, but is not quite sturdy enough to go out in public on any kind of stage. :-(
