[sdiy] Rapid (not too expensive ) pcb Protos ?? (China on holiday )

I've had copper issues with all the services I've used (BatchPCB, 
OSHPark and Dirty PCBs). It's not often, but aggravating when it 
happens. I prefer to notice before populating the board, but it's not 
always the case.
