I haven't used DirtyPCB but their other pcb service that allows for larger
sizes and more colors and options.

It is usually a few days faster than OSHpark but you pay for international
shipping. I would say out of 100 boards 10 or so have silk issues, but
never had a copper issue. So I'm a happy customer.
