Hi Mattias,
AD810 and AD820, 2n4250 transistors and IMF3958 Fet’s are used in the design of this Filter submodule.
I have the schematic in front of me, dated 9 March 1979.
As to a working module, I would have to see about dragging out my Modular system and see if it will power up after being in storage for so many years.
I could probably do so AP plots if I can get it out to measure.
