[sdiy] Chip pins/legs for DIY drop-in DIP

The issue with machined headers, for me, is I cannot afford the mm or 
two of lost vertical space due to the plastic that holds them together.

This solution makes my board much closer to the size of the chip that it 
is replacing. These flip-pins might be a lot easier than what I am doing 
now (which is using long Arduino style headers and cutting off the heads 
so to speak).
