- and it looks like the entire top surface of the thing, circuit board,
and display are a single unit which they don't tell you how to
disassemble. It's probably held together with glue or plastic-welding.
The instructions only cover taking off the wood parts to throw those out
separately from the electronics. I wouldn't have high hopes for being
able to remove the circuit board and put in some other circuit in a
mechanically nice way that keeps the rest of the plastic and its outward
visual appearance; probably just as easy to build a whole new enclosure
from scratch.
