[sdiy] PC board from artwork?

Hi,

I made a Scope Art box a while ago. It was a lot of fun but it didn't
work well with the digital scope I have. I gave it to the guy I gave my
analog scope to. Now I want another one so I made a Eagle project. I
have the schematic done:

Fingers crossed the link works. I converted to TL084s because the 4136s
have a funky pinout, and I don't have any on hand. I tried to keep the
same ref degs as the schematic. Feel free to design review the schematic.

Where to go from here? Since I'm a eurorack designer I was thinking of
making this a single board project with the pots on the board and 3.5mm
jacks for the output. Thoughts?
