[sdiy] PC board from artwork?

It is not a super complex schematic, so I'd say plonk it in your favourite CAD-E
program and redo the layout.
You can do a layout which is a lot more compact (cheaper PCB), and has board
mount components (no wiring), and is doublesided (no jumpers, didn't check if it
has any).
 
Shouldn't be terribly hard to do.
