[sdiy] Better waveforms of our nature

Thought-provoking as ever, Don.

I've used the "eventooth" wave in some digital oscillator code that I've written, under the name "missing wave", since it's the blank space left with Square and Ramp. I didn't make the next leap that you've made to the triangle and related waveforms, so I appreciated the logicality of that.
