[sdiy] Rapid (not too expensive ) pcb Protos ?? (China on holiday )

I have used OshPark. They are just across the river from me, so mail is 
a one day thing. I have noticed they can be hard to solder. You have to 
clean the boards right before soldering. ENIG will oxidize fairly 
quickly. I like using Soft Scrub and a cloth the clean the boards. Also 
Osh uses mouse bites to panelize the boards, so the end product has 
teeth all around the board. No biggie, but annoying.
