[sdiy] some parts needed - TR606, rogan/ehc/raytheon knobs

Hi all,

I'm seeking a few difficult to find hardware parts:

1. the scale slider switch cap for a TR-606 (I'd also possibly be
interested in as-is 606 in various states if that's what it'd be coming off
of)

2. 5+ pieces of the knob known as RB67-0-SK (Rogan) or EH71-0F1S/EH71-0F2S
(EHC 1/8 and 1/4") in black. The RB67 and EH71 have only minor differences
in measurements. The EHC knobs have been sold under a handful of names
before including Raytheon. I'm looking for gloss knobs that are about the
same measurements as these, in either 1/8" or 1/4" shaft:

These are the 0.5" diameter ones, not the easier to find 0.7" knob. In a
pinch I'd take matte finish which appear sometime.

Sadly the EH71's in stock at both Allied and Newark (Element13) are molded
off axis to the shaft insert, so they look/feel wonky when they turn. On
all 12 I have the body overhangs 20-30+ mils more on one side than the
other. I'm waiting on an email back from EHC, but I'm not expecting much
help with an order below their MOQ.

If anyone could help with either of these parts, an email off list would be
greatly appreciated! Obviously I'm willing to pay for any parts.
