The google is working on it. :)

I see their robot fetching from the archive on http://synth-diy.org/pipermail/synth-diy/ on a daily basis. But it goes slow, only about 50-100 messages per day. When that’s done I’ll put up a custom search box. For now you can use google and add site:synth-diy.org at the end of your query.
