The modular synth thingy is not as strict as you might think of germans 
;-).  But that doesn't change the middle-of-nowhere aspect.

If you're in Frankfurt or Cologne it is not that far (and also the 
country side is nice there), but from Munich it's a six hour drive 
spiced with the worst traffic jams of the year.
