[sdiy] From a commercial standpoint -- has Eurorack "won"?

Serge style 4U banana is growing too, though more slowly and in a more
niche/elite setting.  Personally I think it's a much better format all
around, and we might see it eventually become more and more popular.
But yeah, right now Euro's the way to go commercially.  Incidentally,
I'm also very impressed with Kilpatric's ideas for formats and
conventions, but honestly, A student brought by a Phenol the other day
and I was just not impressed with the sound at all.  The mother32
sounded way better all around, to my ears.  Maybe that's why the
format isn't picking up?  just a guess...
