it is well thought out, but not from a DIY point of view. the document mentions
DIY once, but then says nothing about it at all. In Euro or other formats, all I
need is a blank panel with a few holes drilled for pots and jacks and a small
perfboard circuit hanging off the pot legs on the backside and I'm in the game.
for mounting all I need are two rails mounted at a fixed distance and that's
good for a start too.
DIY'ing the above format means a lot of precise drilling, a large PCB that
covers the whole module so I can get the banana plugs mounted into the corners
and even more precision in order to get that locking screw correct. and then all
that effort for a few mults or attenuverters?
