[sdiy] OBXa cards uses either 15uf -or- 22uf caps ?!

I agree with Gordon. Here's why:

Assume that the circuits we're looking at have an input impedance of 100K. For a 15uF DC blocker, that gives a roll-off frequency of 0.11Hz. For a 22uF, it's 0.07Hz.

So no, you won't hear a difference. Even if the input impedance were an order of magnitude worse than our assumption, it still wouldn't matter.
