[sdiy] Simmons SDSV analogue hi-hat module

Does anyone have a good photograph of the component side of the SDS5 
early hi-hat circuit board? This is the analogue version not the later 
one with the EPROM.

Better still would be the parts list for the module itself - but I don't 
think that exists anywhere - or perhaps even instructions for converting 
a tom tom module to a hi-hat module.
