Everything is a "known carcinogen", if you ask around enough.  PCBs in transformers and capacitors are only a problem if you're regularly getting thoroughly covered in it, for most of your working life.  The couple of drops in a capacitor in an old radio (or in this case musical instrument) isn't going to do *anything* to you.
