The appeal of the Pi3 really is that it runs 32bit code faster than the 2B, 
with everything else roughly the same (it's probably taking in a bit more 
peak power).  Since you're still limited to 1GB memory, 64bit wouldn't 
really get you much of anything (although I suppose it will appear in time 
anyway).
