Given how poor the quality of some scans of service manuals are, you might need to arrive at a "correct" diagram iteratively.  It's the sort of thing a Github group would be good for.

I've started redrawing the board for my MB383 in Kicad, simply to get an idea of what the hell is going on inside its digital section.  Next up?  Poly 800 maybe...?
