Hi Ritchie!

Wow, very cool and they have a nice quality.

I love voice "transforming" tools, I have the Digital Vocalist II, Korg ih and the Boss Voice Transformer VT-1 beside some vocoder algorithms in effects boxes (Boss SE50 and SE70).
I think that your results are already in the same quality level as these tools!

Your software solution combined with potentiometer for parameter changing on the fly like in the Boss VT-1 would lead to a very cool gadget!
The Boss also has a quite noisefree mic amp and a simple but nice reverb as addons inside the unit.

Ciao
Peter

Been playing about with pitch-shifting using a dsPIC33FJ128GP802. (Think monophonic pitch-shifter like the early Eventide Harmonizers.) Have posted some results here:

http://www.richieburnett.co.uk/temp/pitch/

Uses autocorrelation to continuously search for the best splice points in real time. Formant positions aren't preserved so speech eventually tends towards chipmunk or Satan if you shift too far in either direction.

-Richie,
