[sdiy] CEM3340's have been reissued

According to the Roland service bulletin on the subject the white dotted ones have better linear CV response and can can generate very low frequencies with low CV levels (for LFO use)... I usually find them in JP-6s, MKS-80 rev4s, and SH-101s.
