[sdiy] Front panel for Tellun Neural Agonizer?

Is one available anywhere? MOTM format, of course.

SynthCube doesn't stock one, and I don't know of anyone else
currently in the MOTM panel business.

I'd really like to build this module but panel DIY seems to
cause endless procrastination. I've even got a pair of tanks!
