Awesome Tom, thanks, I've been looking for a good Joystick :)

I made a controler with an oldie joystick Ryk Miller sent me in one of
our swaps, works very well.  I use opamps to buffer both negative and
positive voltages, with an attenuator for each end of each axis, which
allows you to set your own ranges according to your needs. I also
added two pushbuttons that send out gates though dedicated outputs.  I
can send anybody the schematics, just give me a holler, though it's
very simple stuff.  Here it is in action:
