[sdiy] moog transistor matching circuit question

Thanks Ian, I've seen read your write up and the circuit operation is
clear. I'm actually in the process of building it now. Maybe I was too
verbose in my initial post. My main question was in regards to the Moog
matching circuit and what the purpose of the 10k resistor is.
