You could inject your own precision supply to VDDA after removing R1.
Check the Axoloti schematics and STM32F427 datasheet for details.
Still STM32F4 is not exactly famous for low noise ADC.

One option perhaps is the MAX11300, there is a cheap eval kit for it :
MAX11300PMB1
less than 99 channels, but still 20, and every port can be adc, dac,
digital in or digital out...
I haven't tried it or developed a specific object for it.
Has anyone used MAX11300 in a eurorack context?
