[sdiy] In praise of the ATM STM32F303

I've got an F446 Nucleo on the bench right now and it appears to have 
significant amounts of noise on the ADC inputs. Because it's a Nucleo 
board the analog signal routing may not be ideal, but at first glance 
the performance doesn't seem better than what I've seen on the F40x/F41x 
parts.
