[sdiy] Lin/Log VCAs and envelopes - compensating for log VCAs

The differences show up when you've got a non-zero sustain. This example goes all the way to zero, for which case, the expo ADRS->Lin VCA and lin ADSR->Log VCA do look the same.

Try it with the sustain at 50%. I'd be interested to know if you get the same result I got.
