[sdiy] Oberheim SEM-1 user's manual

A long time ago I recreated the SEM-1 user's manual as a pdf and posted it on my now long-gone web site. I can't find a copy of it in any of my backups. I see there are some online but they either aren't my scans or they look like several documents put together into a single pdf.

Does anyone have a copy of the one I did? It's just the user's manual, nothing else.
