[sdiy] Lin/Log VCAs and envelopes - compensating for log VCAs

The Roland Juno 106 uses a linear attack phase in it's ADSR.  The user 
manual seems somewhat confused about the issue showing a selection of 
drawings with both linear and expo attack phases when discussing the ADSR 
envelope controls.
