Umm... that's actually a 5-seat floating license for their VisualDSP IDE.

If you want eye-popping prices check out top-end Xilinx FPGAs.
Digikey have XC7V2000T-G2FLG1925E for a mere $39,452.40 each.  At my
previous job we had chip simulators filled with Xilinx FPGAs, with
each unit being about house-price scale.  And those were the
affordable ones that we had quite a few of.
