[sdiy] IDC Header 'cover'

I was going to mention SMT headers, but they don't all have substantial covers. The one I designed with most recently had nothing more than a bit of Kapton tape over four of the pins in the geometric center of the header. That's apparently enough for the pick-and-place, but it's not something that can be removed and reinstalled like a cover. It's enough to stop a connector from being inserted, though.
