[sdiy] Front panel for Tellun Neural Agonizer?

There are 1U and 2U templates on my
http://modularsynthesis.com/modules/parts/parts.htm page.  I usually start
with those.  They are setup for MOTM spacing and legends.  However, lately I
have been converting the entire design to HPGL which saves me 15 - 25%.  I
still start with those templates though.
