Thanks, I have a look for the stuff about the 303 supply.
No, I don't have to repair one. I was asking because I've been looking at CEM3340 VCO designs, and the SH-101 uses one. When I first had a look at it, I couldn't work out for the life of me what voltages it was attached to, since all there was was a whole selection of different coloured triangles and arrows. Not entirely clear. Some digging in the rest of the schematic decoded them, but then that made me wonder about the PSU.
