First off all thanks to Rick for his dedication!

I would not like google, I can accept yahoo (many important synth 
related lists are on yahoo - @andre: you don't have to tell them their 
mobile phone number ;-)).

If we think about to continue on anyones own linux server, then the most 
important argument is, that the archive should be available there too.
Though yahoo acts as an archive, I doubt that it would be possible to 
import the existing archive there.

So I finally would vote for continuing on xs4all. I suggest, that there 
should be more admins in the future. There should be enough know how in 
the group ;-)

And also I want to suggest, that we all pay a little voluntary  fee for 
the hosting. This works fine with the forum of sequencer.de in germany.
