They are: LPC4353JBD208
In LQFP package, 512kb flash, 136kb SRAM, external memory interface, two
I²S ports and lots of other goodies.
Oh, it's a dual core with a floating-point capable Cortex-M4 and a
separate Cortex-M0 for time-critical stuff.
Also boots from internal flash of course.
